Los Reales Alcáceres de Sevilla
Real Alcázar was built on a IX century arab catsle.Inside the building has many rooms and outbuilding arranged around two courtyards. ( Doncellas y Muñeca). the spacious garden have arab and renaissance elements. Pedro I known as "El Cruel" was who ordered the rebuilding and prepared as a royal residence.
The real Alcazar is formed by several palaces which have been taking shape since the time of islamic domination of Spain, particulary since the time of Abderrahman IIi in the tenth century until the eighteenth century.
The palace is close to "Plaza del Triunfo",street " Joaquín Romero Murube" where was the old entrance of it. "Barrio de Santa Cruz"or "paseo de Catalina de Ribera" ( inside jardines Murillos). it highlights its variety of architectural combining art islamic,Moorish, Almoravid, almohad, Gothic, Renaissance and Barroque styles
The almohade period part of the wall and the called"patio de yeso is preserved. The Moorish period El palacio del Rey Pedro I is preserved too. and in the Baroque period higlights " los jardines de Alcázar, although there were Moosrish and Renaissance influences also eriched with plant species coming from various parts of the world.
